TRAINING SCHEDULE OVERVIEW

All training sessions will be hosted in Dallas, Texas, and follow the schedule below.

ARRIVAL DAY

  • By 4:00 p.m.: Arrivals at the hotel

  • 6:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.: Welcome Reception at the hotel

DAY 1

  • 6:30 a.m.–7:30 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel

  • 7:40 a.m.–8:00 a.m.: Transfer to GR Experience Center

  • 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.: GR History and GR GT Masterclass at GR Experience Center

  • 5:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.: Transfer to the hotel

  • 6:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m.: Off-site dinner

DAY 2

  • 6:30 a.m.–8:00 a.m.: Transfer to Eagles Canyon Raceway (Breakfast available on the shuttle)

  • 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.: GR Driver Training Day 1

  • 5:00 p.m.–6:30 p.m.: Transfer to the hotel

  • Evening on own

DAY 3

  • 6:30 a.m.–8:00 a.m.: Transfer to Eagles Canyon Raceway (Breakfast available on the shuttle)

  • 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.: GR Driver Training Day 2

  • 5:00 p.m.–6:30 p.m.: Transfer to the hotel

  • 7:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.: Off-site dinner

DAY 4

  • 6:30 a.m.–7:30 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel

  • 7:40 a.m.–8:00 a.m.: Transfer to GR Experience Center

  • 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.: GR GT Sales Training and Graduation

  • 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.: Transfers to airports

ACCOMMODATIONS 

You will have accommodations for four nights at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West. The nightly rate, parking (if you are local), taxes and fees will be covered; you will be responsible for incidentals. When you arrive at the Renaissance, look for our GR GT Meister Training reception desk in the lobby.

TRAVEL AND ARRIVAL

You are responsible for air transportation and your transfer from the airport to the Renaissance Hotel on arrival day. All subsequent transportation will be arranged for you. No rental car is necessary. Uber or Lyft is recommended from either DFW or DAL airports to the Renaissance Hotel.

We recommend booking your flights as soon as your training session is confirmed. Recommended airports:

  • Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW): 20–30 minutes from the Renaissance Hotel
  • Dallas Love Field (DAL): 30–60 minutes from the Renaissance Hotel

When booking air travel, please note the following times:

  • Arrive at the hotel by 4:00 p.m. to check in and attend the Welcome Reception at 6:00 p.m.
  • Book your departing flight no earlier than 6:30 p.m., as training ends at 4:00 p.m.

All ground transportation will be provided after arrival at the hotel.

MEALS

All meals will be provided.

ATTIRE

GR Experience Center Days: Business casual, including slacks, jeans, casual shoes, or sneakers. No suits or ties.

Track Experience Days: Jeans or shorts and closed-toed footwear. You will be wearing a full race suit and helmet, so bring shorts and T-shirts to wear under the race suit.

Dinners: Business casual is recommended.
